| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Our client is an international company that has recently entered the Romanian market and is looking to restructure and expand its operations. We are searching on behalf of our client to fill the position of Tax Manager.
Definition of internal procedures to assure compliance with all tax laws in Romania
*Preparation of all tax returns related to the company
*Organization of internal tax audits in order to assure compliance with tax laws
*Liasing with financial authorities
*Optimization of tax liabilities
*Monitor changes in Romanian legislation in respect of taxation
*Represent our client both externally and internally so that the company’s mission is promoted
*Report on any fraud or suspitions about unlawful or unethical conduct
*Perform other tasks as defined by superior
This position will report to the Economic Director

In Bucharest he has been Senior Consultant for Antal International and headed KPMG’s Search and Selection Department.
