• Romanian mother tongue and English Fluent necessary. Other languages would be useful.
• Autonomous and flexibility for traveling all around Romania

• Customer respect
• Computer skill as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Preferred age range is 27 - 35 Years old
• For TIMSOARA area: Italian, French or German will be appreciated
• For PITESTI area: French or German will be appreciated

Our client provides quality control support services in the automotive industry and its component manufacturers.

• A Quality support service network, for sorting, inspection, testing, and rework to the manufacturing industry in the UK, France Romania Turkey and throughout Europe/globally in future.
• A service to deal with emergencies that arise when the flow of components to an assembly line or supplier is threatened.
• Engineers for process audits, fault finding, problem analysis or presentation of first offs (initial Samples) with data, reports and results, as well as resident engineers or quality liaison engineers,
• Experienced managers to advise clients or take control and lead teams to collect and analyse quality related data, to audit processes or measure performance of incoming materials and out flowing products.

Our client a UK owned group has established subsidiaries in UK France Turkey and Romania since 2003. It has successfully established a market presence internationally.
Support for many European car manufacturers and their suppliers’ is being developed in several countries. And the company has global ambitions over the next 10 years.
Our client intends to develop successfully the Romanian market, as a strategic part of the Company international support network.
The medium term plan is to open 4/5 service centres in Romania in strategic industrial towns/cities throughout the country. The business development manager for Romania must have local and international market vision.
The Romanian subsidiary will service local Industry manufacturing for local and export customers and support incoming foreign components suppliers working with Dacia, Daewoo, plus other automotive and industrial companies using imported components being assembled into vehicles and products for the local market and for re export to customers in other countries.

The assignment/Context

The group is looking to expand upon this initial success by recruiting business development managers to expand operations in Romania.
