| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Computer literate with MS Word (very good knowledge is a must), MS Excel and MS Power Point for Windows XP, Internet Explorer etc.;
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written;
• Self motivated, proactive;
• Able to liaise with all levels of staff and management (involves daily contact with all levels of office personnel);
• Organisational skills;
• Good communication and organisational skills; and
• Able to work unsupervised. | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Processing documents (reports) generated by client service departments. The principal tasks are as follows:
• Electronic document processing – formatting, spelling, filing, and storing documents on the network, working with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Excel, pictures; scanning documents etc.;
• Coordination with the translation function in preparing foreign language versions of documents;
• Coordination of the reporting process (once a document is sent to Reporting, the master copy is usually maintained there)
• Oversee the binding of reports and distribution within the office or provision to the clients;
• Understanding of and adhering to established office procedures;
• File maintenance activities, handling of confidential client and company materials; and
• Applying gained knowledge of specific documents and templates. | DESCRIEREA COMPANIEI:
We are looking on behalf of our client, a leading international financial consultancy company for their office in Bucharest, Romania, for a full time Reporting Assistant to support the General Manager.

He read History and Law at Queens’ College, Cambridge and holds Diplomas in Law and Legal Practice from the College of Law, London. He worked as a civil servant in the House of Lords and as a political risks insurance broker in Lloyds’ of London before becoming a headhunter. In Bucharest he has been Senior Consultant for Antal International and headed KPMG’s Search and Selection Department.
