| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
SUMMARY OF ROLE
To organise all aspects of the companys Romanian operations whilst liaising with head office in the UK to implement the companies policies thereby ensuring that services rendered to all customers meets or exceeds their requirements in all respects.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, budget, and control the local operations.
Increase profitability.
Provide support and resources to meet the demand.
Manage behaviours & performance of reporting staff.
Apply Quality, Business, HR & health and safety systems in accordance with company manuals & handbooks.
Ensure all work is carried out to prescribed methods at the highest possible standards.
Report results and performance statistics.
Promote safe working practices.
KEY TASKS.
Devise and agree the Operating Plan for the local operations.
Seek new business opportunities. Maintain existing Customers
Monitor customer satisfaction levels. Report complaints.
Liaise with head office on new work.
Plan & control the live projects and tasks
Prepare and deliver monthly operating and performance statistics.
Resolve Quality, technical health & safety and environmental issues and concerns.
Ensure staff are trained and skilled for tasks required.
Ensure Technicians are thoroughly briefed and given clear instructions regarding each task.
Measure staff performance and resolve conflicts.
Audit safety on site.
Carry out risk assessments where required.
Manage vehicles, tools, equipment and production supplies.
Maintain and manage the premises (if applicable).

Our client provides quality control support services in the automotive industry and its component manufacturers. Services include:
A quality support service network, for sorting, inspection, testing, and rework to the manufacturing industry.
A service to deal with emergencies that arise when the flow of components to an assembly line or supplier is threatened.
Engineers for process audits, fault finding, problem analysis or presentation of first offs (initial Samples) with data, reports and results, as well as resident engineers or quality liaison engineers,
Experienced managers to advise clients or take control and lead teams to collect and analyse quality related data, to audit processes or measure performance of incoming materials and out flowing products.
Our client intends to open 4/5 service centres in Romania in strategic industrial towns/cities throughout the country.
