General Manager

JOB REQUIREMENT
• University degree (engineer preferred).
• Relevant experience (at least 3 years) in similar position (multinational experience is a major advantage).
• Deep understanding of the telecommunication infrastructure market;
• Strong project management principals.
• Technical expertise in order to support the Team Managers to get the successful business results.
• Organizational skills.
• Must be an action-oriented problem solver, able to instill this same orientation in others.
• English proficiency required.

International project management and telecommunication infrastructure Company is actively looking for reliable professional to fulfill the following position for the Bucharest Romania branch.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Vision, Mission, Strategic Objectives, and Operating Principals of the company in order to achieve all business targets.
• Take primary responsibility for Business Development, as well as maintaining the rolling 12-month Forecast for Revenue, Gross Margin, and Operating Costs.
• Manage the performance of the Departmental Managers with regard to profitable, accident-free, on-time site construction with zero deficiencies.
• Supervise the development and integration of new systems in the operating departments
• Ensure adherence to data flow and control procedures – primarily by communicating the importance of these procedures with regard to achieving the company’s Vision.
• Control costs while managing the operational capacity of the company to match forecasted demand.
