CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• Experienced commercially minded business development manager with a strong background in the automotive sector. Must be practiced in dealing with automotive OEM.s and Component suppliers Tier 1 and 2.
• Proven track record in business management and development
• Must be able to communicate at all levels and across all functions
• Self Starter, able to work autonomously
• A team builder, and leader, must be able to communicate at all levels and across all functions,
• P&L, profit driven experience
• Fluent French/English. Other languages would be useful.
• Romanian Market Experience
• Probably Romanian National or having strong cultural links with Romania.
• Preferred age range is 30 to 45 maximum.
