IT implementation project

Position Purpose

For the implementation of multiple core business applications we are looking for implementation support employees:
-optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of the implementations;
-support business in translating business requirements into system parameterization;
-achieve standards for implementing the applications in a standard fashion between countries within the region;
-set up of support after implementation

Position Responsibilities / Main Functions

Participate in a core (international) implementation team, headed by a Project leader or Subject Matter Expert (SME), to fulfil all required activities in order to implement applications to support business processes.
The activities include:
• planning
• parameterization
• documenting
• testing
• interviewing the business SME’s
• support after implementation
Position Requirements

Education :
• First degree qualification preferred.

Language skills
• English
• Any additional language spoken in the region of Central and Eastern Europe and former Soviet Union countries is a plus

Competencies :
• Accounting implementation & support
- Familiar with accounting systems
- Understands the concept of:
- P&L
- Balance sheet
- Taxes
- Double entry
- reconciliation
• Skilled in the following Microsoft products:
- Windows, intermediate level
- Office
- Word, advance level
• Macro’s
• Mail merge
• VBA
• Template design
- Excel, intermediate level
• Formulas
• Formatting
• Range operations
• Debugging
- Outlook, intermediate level
- Project, basic level
• Ability to create reports in Crystal Report
• Experience with Database queries
• Experience in report writing
• Basic Presentation skills
• Can do attitude

Large international company seeks young , intelligent and eager people(university level) who love to gain experience in participating in an IT implementation project over a period of two years. Implementation shall cover a number of countries in Central and Eastern Europe and former Soviet Union countries.
The team will be trained by the vendor and will be headed by a Project Manager located in The Netherlands.
The project is planned to start on 01 November 2006.
Successful applicants should be prepared to travel extensively in the region.
