Qualifications and Experience
University degree.
Ideally 5-8 years of proven experience as a manager leading design teams within the Industry, with senior management responsibilities in an EPIC (Engineering Procurement Installation Construction) environment.
The successful candidate will have strong design project management experience with particular emphasis on the petrochemical sector
Familiarity with creating new business development opportunities and relationship building
Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
Native or Fluent in English (Polish, Romanian, German, Spanish or Russian as native or additional to native English will be an advantage).
Familiarity with all architect/engineering disciplines, construction methods, regulatory requirements, office standards, policies, procedures, EIA (Environmnental Impact Assessment) issues and personnel management
Personal Skills, Competencies
Strong sense of ownership over designs, plans, targets, results
High energy, can-do attitude, edge, sense of urgency.
Team player, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships at a high level of decision-makers.
