CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- University education - telecommunication
- Experience with fiber optic networks or ISP's - min 3 years
- One of the most important requirements: min 2 years of experience in coordination of field operations, elaboration of job descriptions
- Good knowledge of elaborating working procedures, documentation
- Strong leadership skills
- Able to work under stress
- Good English knowledge
- Very good PC abilities |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Will be in charge with full logistics of field activities
- Recruitment and training of field operations personell
- Elaboration of working procedures, according to Company's practices
- Coordination of FO network expansion;
- Recording the relevant FO network information. |
