Experience
. a minimum of seven years of working experience in meat business
. knows the meat business and meat agriculture very well
. meat expert / butcher
. purchasing experience in food retail or food industry

Language:
Native Romanian, fluent in English
Some knowledge of German and French

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
. purchasing price of raw materials and packaging materials
. good ordering balance (carcasses, parts, trimmings, import/export)
. rendement of raw materials (buying according to the specifications demanded by customers and production)
. conditions like discounts, supplier bonuses
. availability of raw materials and packaging materials
. working capital
. suppliersī payment terms
. purchasing support process
. quality of the input for the administrative process for handling the purchased articles
. procedures for handling of the
Internal relations with
. Sales & Purchasing Director.
. the Purchasing Manager reports to the S & P Director
. Production / Production Planning
. to make sure the demanded quality and volumes are available
. to make calculations together to tune the raw materials balance
. receiving feedback about quality of raw materials
. receiving input for ordering other materials like packaging materials
