| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
The "MUST HAVE" requirements for the ideal candidate are:
- Min. 3 to 5 years experience in recruitment and in a big (preferably multinational) company with at least one major HR process / system (evaluation of performance, career / OD development, training etc)
- a "leader" native profile and, if possible, some managerial experience will be wellcomed as well. Be able to demonstrate positive, open, pro-active, highly ethical attitude
- strong motivation and commitment, willing to develop horizontally, for the next 2-3 years.
- fluent in English.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Reporting to the HR Development Manager, the priorities of this job are:
- to coordinate all the pre-recruiting activities
- to ensure, assisted by a small team, the staffing for all the departments
- to maximize the recruiting process efficiency
- to lead the impementation and to follow up the Employees performance appraisal system
Bulgarian, Serbian, Croatian, Hungarian, Russian etc candidates are also wellcomed to apply!
