Deputy Finance Director

- University degree- financial ,
- 5+ years working experience progressively in accounting and controlling area
- Working experiences in a multinational company will be preferable
- Accounting software knowledge
- Good command spoken and written English. French would be considered as a plus
Technical Skills:

- Understands, analyses and manages financial data in the Company's industrial environment: Cost accounting, full cost method, hour rate calculation, over / under recovery, cash forecast. The Company's long term contract management: understands the contract structure (internal and external patnerships; off-shore Vs on-shore portions); manages financial data related to the project review process, risk assessment, bonding , cash flow forecast; understands how project accounting flows through the balance sheet.

Responsibilities:

In charge of the Company’s Accounting, Controlling and Treasury,
• Support the company in its daily operations by providing reliable information and proactive suggestions,
• Establish complete and on time Monthly and Yearly accounts, in accordance with both local and Group Standards,
• Coordinate and prepare quarterly Forecast, annual Budget and 3 years-plan,
• Implement Costing in accordance with Group policy, and ensure appropriate analysis on actual costs v/s standard and budget.
• Validate the financial estimates during the tender process.
• Review tax documents and handle all tax-related issues in local environment,
• Considered as the key contact for internal finance community, external auditors, local administration and banks,
• Responsible for Cash Management and Cash Forecast,
• Implement and maintain adequate Internal Control Procedures.
• Develop and gain approval for operating budgets, in line with the business plans; align operational priorities with Business strategies
• Liaise between the client company and the Business teams involved in the marketing, prospecting, tendering and sales negotiation phases, in order to ensure optimal coherence towards the client.
• Implement the organisation’s activities to achieve agreed targets and standards for financial and trading performance, quality and culture;
• Develop and encourage a positive thinking culture, continuous improvement mindset, and recognition of performance
• Ensure that all operational processes and practices are in line with Company policies and Business guidelines and drive continuous improvement.
