Requirement:
- university degree in Management or a MBA graduated;
- at least 3 years experience in an executive position;
- strong business acumen and reasoning skills;
- excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- fluency in written & spoken English;
- sound MS Office skills (Excel, Word);
- planning, organization and coordinating skills;
- business plan preparing whenever it will be necessary;
- good with numbers (in terms of preparing reports and analyzing data);
- high sense of responsibility;
- skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities;
- a proactive, dynamic and self-motivated person;
- well organized, logical, argumentative;
- leadership abilities;

You must be able to:

- maintain, grow and develop our business;
- develop and maintain effective interpersonal relationships, solve conflicts;
- motivate, develop and lead others;
- negotiate effectively and tactfully;
- understand in-depth financial aspects of business;
- negotiation skill with officials (medical private business, governmental).

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the business, for strategic business planning, implementation, financial, marketing, sales and human resources areas, and be generally in charge of building the business levels in all respects.
