| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
-University degree, preferably in the economical field;
- Previous experience in a similar position (preferable);
- Good PC knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Advanced level of English is a must, Italian language would be a plus;
- Able to work with deadlines;
- Able to work under stress;
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Basic finance and accountancy responsabiliteis (Cash Journal, handling contracts, invoices);
- Provides support to the Directors' activity by:
- Maintaining an up to date electronic diary, including scheduling meetings and appointments, compiling agendas, arranging discussion and background papers, etc;
- Caring out administrative support (travel, photocopying and facsimile, organizing meeting rooms and catering requirements, working lunches);
- Caring out support work to main projects (research, preparation of spreadsheets, costing checks, preparing presentations, drafting letters, record filling etc);
- Arranging meetings with internal colleagues and external clients;
- Taking minutes of meetings, drafting, typing final version and distributing to other members of staff;
- Screening correspondence, telephone calls, taking messages and follow-up action as appropriate;
