Sales Executive

Requirements:
Previous experience in sales and events activities (preferable in a hotel); Dynamic, sales and
customer oriented, able to work under pressure and with short deadlines, team player;
University graduate (tourism field would be a great asset);
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (German language would be an asset);
Availability for overtime work and willing to travel;
Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet, Adobe, etc.).

Responsabilities:
Implement all sales activities in specific responsibility area, maintain and develops the clients’
portfolio and promote the hotel image;
Identifies new potential clients to be further contacted;
According clients needs and estimations to perform and provide personalized offers;
Completes hotel site inspection for potential clients;
Organizes different kind of events (workshops, seminars, conferences) and provide permanent
assistance during the Events;
Meets the sales targets;
Maintains a very good knowledge of the market and competition;
Permanently actualizes of the hotel data base;
Promote all the hotel, restaurant services (special package, events, etc.) of the hotel by any
means of direct sales (direct mailing, phone, etc.)
Prepare Reports regarding the sales activity.
