| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- ADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUST;
- PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN BTL (AT LEAST 12 MONTHS)
- UNIVERSITY DEGREE IN MARKETING, COMMUNICATION
- Strong project management skills and proven ability to manage budgets
- Capacity to run different projects in the same time
- Attention to detail, coordination skills, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- FLEXIBLE, DYNAMIC, TEAM PLAYER AND PRO ACTIVE PERSON;

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
THIS POSITION INVOLVES MAINLY, BUT IT IS NOT LIMITED TO:
1. To conceive, develop and implementation of the BTL strategy for the company
2. To develop creative concepts for the yearly events in accordance with the communication objectives
3. To follow up and implement the decoration related to a certain event; follow up the existent stock
4. To brief and work along with the advertising agency
5. To develop action plan for each event, mentioning clear task distribution and deadlines as well as budget involved
6. To maintaining good relation with all suppliers
7. To implement and follow up of the events
8. To prepare evaluation reports for the events
