Analyst - Consultative Analytics, Advisory Services (Travel Industry)

o Very good command of both French and English
o At least a Bachelor’s degree (mandatory) in any of the following (MBA is a Plus):
o Commerce, Statistics, Business Administration, Finance, Economics and Mathematics.
o Preferable 3+ years of relevant work experience, travel industry experience preferred
o Proficiency in MS Excel & MS-Accessis are mandatory
o Knowledge of SQL & Visual Basic will be an advantage.
o Excellent Communication & interpersonal skills
o Self-starter with ability to execute with minimal direction and strong attention to detail.
o Strong organizational and time/project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
o Demonstrated ability to think conceptually, using strong analytical & quantitative skills.
o Ability to handle confidential information and proven client relationship skills.

o Work with Consulting Managers in setting clients’ travel strategies to maximize savings opportunity.
o Produce high quality reports to satisfy client’s needs, with the ability to interpret the data before presentation /delivery to the Project Manager from a Quality Control perspective and provide all the necessary analyses in an accurate and timely manner.
o Work in an organized manner, utilizing established procedures to meet or exceed predetermined performance standards while adhering to the agreement incorporated between Advisory Services and the client.
o Tracking of client performance as it relates to strategies and programs.
o Regular communication with Consultants and clients to review program performance and future strategies, to ensure proper blend of preferred suppliers within each client’s program.
o Ability to share knowledge & provide new insights and developments with other analysts in order to aid in development.
o Operate in a team-oriented environment with a strong sense of responsibility toward team members and engagement objectives.
o Work with peers to develop better procedures and client offerings, solve problems and investigate issues.
o Contributes to the profitability of projects and ensures high quality deliverables that exceeds client’s expectations.
