Java Software Developer

EXPERIENCE
- University degree in Computers Science, Mathematics, Business IT, or related discipline;
- At least 2 year experience of JAVA programming: Java, ANT, JUnit, JDBC, O/R mapping and object persistence;
- Familiar with UML, Object Oriented Analysis, Design and OO Programming
- Excellent knowledge of Java technologies and very good experience with Java programming
- XML, HTML, SOAP
- Databases: MS SQL Server, MySQL, Sybase, stored procedures; good understanding of database design

ASSETS (not required, but highly valued and appreciated)
- Familiar with OO Design Patterns and Refactoring concepts
- Knowledge of all or any of the following: Eclipse, Struts, Spring, Junit, , Hibernate, Portlets
- Unified Process and Agile development methodologies are considered a plus

PERSONALITY
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team player
- Good analytical & conceptual skills.
- A motivated person ready to take on challenges;
- English language at advanced level

- Analysis, design, and development of applications using Java technologies
- Participate to the development effort during the full life cycle of the software product
- Use state of art software development methodologies (Agile, Unified Process, Design Patterns, Unit Testing)
