Accountant

EXPERIENCE
- University degree in Finance-Accounting, Economics, or related discipline;
- Good knowledge in accounting and fiscal areas
- Good PC knowledge
- Good English language skills; knowledge of French language would be an asset
- Self-motivated and proactive to solve problems and accomplish assignments independently

ASSETS (not required, but highly valued and appreciated)
- Experience in Personnel administration will be a plus
- 2 years of experience

PERSONALITY
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team player
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Must be able to adapt to changing priorities

- Create payment orders, bookkeeping, record and maintain check books
- Assist the Chief Financial Officer in the accounting processes and systems and ensure the quality of auditable accounts and statutory reports
- Ensure the finance and administration functions for Romanian accounting, including suppliers, clients, bank relationships, related reports to the Romanian relevant authorities within the legal timeframes (salaries, VAT, profit tax, balance sheet)
- Responsible for maintaining the control on both the accounts receivables and accounts payable sides
- Preparing the labor contracts and handle the ITM relationship
- Preparing the contracts related of the suppliers
- Preparing a basic budget and follow up
