TESTING TEAM LEADER

· At least 2 years experience in leading a team of telecom engineers
· Excellent influencing & communication skills
· Strong problem solving and delivery skills
· Deep knowledge in computer communications, LAN/WAN, IP with Sub-protocols, Network Management platforms, IP Network planning.
· Background in communication, radio system and radio planning.
· Experience with measurement equipment for computers and radio systems.
· System overview (Ability to analyze telecommunication systems)
· Fluent English.
· Availability to travel abroad.

· Lead of team of testers; manage activities against the test plan, raise flags and provide solutions to ad-hoc issues that occur
· Synchronize with Test Manager, Project Manager for meeting the activities included in the test plan
· Design acceptance testing procedures for Alvarion and third party equipment
· Specification and set-up of a proper test environment for full functional testing
· You will provide expertise to other company departments, such as customer support, engineering, in addressing customer requirements.
