Technical Support Field Engineer (ref:TSFE)

• Deep knowledge in computer communications, LAN, core protocols (TCP/IP, Layer 2&3 protocols)
• Basic concepts in radio systems, radio modulations (FM, GFSK, OFDM etc.), antennas, measurement equipment for computers and radio systems.
• Service oriented
• Excellent knowledge of English, spoken and written;

Would be an asset:
- Certification by known communications companies, such as Cisco, Juniper and others
- 2 years experience in telecommunications, in service oriented positions, such as field engineer or network administrator

You will provide on-site support and service to Alvarion’s customers’ operations.
You will ensure post-sale on-site support for Alvarion equipment and its management systems in conjunction with other networking equipment.
You will provide certified specialist training for Alvarion equipment at our customer locations worldwide.
Extensive travel in the Europe Middle East an Africa region is required.
