RF INTEGRATION TEAM LEADER

• Electronic / Computer first degree (engineer).
• 3-5 years of experience with the following:
- Experience and knowledge in RF testing: C/I, Sensitivity, RSSI, Tx PWR, EVM, SNR, EVM.
- Proven experience with the following RF components: Attenuators, splitters, circulators, isolators, DC blocks, VVA.
- Experience and knowledge with RF Tx, RF Rx chain, constellations, different digital modulations scheme's, RF link budget.
- Practical experience with Spectrum analyzer, power meter, VSA, site master and other RF test equipment.
• Proven experience with building tests labs, tester's setups, writing and performing test procedures.
• System wide orientation end to end RF Link view.
• Self learning capabilities, customer oriented attitude.
• Manage people for at least 3 years (more than 3 people).
• Experience with WiMax protocols - Advantage.
