We are looking for a person to manage the recruitment activities of our R&D & Technical Support centers in Bucharest, as part of the HR team and who is ready to work contract based for a period between 6 months & 1 year. Job Description

You will be working closely with the HR Manager to drive a value added recruitment process in a fast growing environment. You will be invited to contribute with your ideas and expertise to the company recruitment strategy.

As part of your responsibilities you will:

- define job profile based on the criteria identified with the hiring managers
-coordinate recruitment sourcing – print and web based, as well as participation to job fairs
- utilize proactive recruitment methods to source skills and candidates as per the job profile
- screen and short list relevant candidates per assignment
- conduct competency based interviews with the candidates and provide hiring managers with the shortlist of selected candidates
-manage communication with candidates & internal clients in a timely & efficient manner
- update candidate database
