Planning & Control Manager

Requirements:
· experience of 3+ years in a similar position in the IT field/ R&D environment would be a definite plus
· excellent knowledge of Microsoft Project
· experienced with risk management & planning of resources - project management experience would be a plus
· excellent knowledge of English

Work closely with the Planning & Control Director, GM, Project Managers, Group Managers to:

1. Introduce & implement new projects in Romania: participate in kick-off meetings and understanding the goals and targets; making sure the plan is followed by each of the team members involved; identifying issues and raising flags, finding solutions and communicating them with the team. This role involves high involvement in the stages of the project, without any technical competencies being required. The planning & control manager will be able to assist the project managers and group managers to identify solutions to project barriers/show stoppers that occur, as well as to find methods and solutions to speed up/efficientize current processes & resources
2. Offer support to existing projects being run in our R&D center: by performing all of the above activities;
3. Support the team to develop methodologies and processes that are aligned with the procedures operating in the headquarters, by paying attention to the local specifics
4. Implementing new methodologies and processes that are specific for R&D Romania
