Planning & Control Coordinator

Requirements:
- excellent knowledge of English
- experience with Microsoft Project
- experience of 3+ years in a similar administrative position
- financial background would be preferable
- knowledge of risk management & planning of resources – project management experience would be a plus

Working closely with the GM, Project Managers and Group Managers.

General Job Description:
This role will take high involvement in all stages of the project, without any technical competencies being required. The Planning & Control Coordinator will be able to administratively assist the project managers and group managers to identify solutions to project barriers/show stoppers that occur, as well as to find methods and solutions to speed up/increase efficiency of the current processes & resources.

Specific attributes:
The P&C Coordinator will offer support to existing projects being run in our R&D center as well as introduce & implement new projects in Romania by:
- participating to kick-off meetings, understanding the goals and targets, organizing and keeping the information updated (minutes, follow-up etc.);
- identifying issues and raising flags, finding solutions and timely communicating them with the team;
- writing and disseminating reports, making sure the plan is followed by each of the persons involved;
- implementing new methodologies and processes that are specific for R&D Romania;
- support the team to develop methodologies and processes that are aligned with the procedures operating in the headquarters, by paying attention to the local specifics.
