| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Excellent influencing & communication skills
- At least 2 years experience in leading developers in a dynamic environment
- Strong problem solving and delivery skills
- Experience in Java programming, client/server architecture, object-oriented design, Swing, RMI
- Deep understanding in telecommunication standards, XML, SNMP protocol, 3rd party NMS systems- advantage
- Fluent English.
- Availability to travel abroad

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
As Java SW Team Leader your daily tasks will include planning development strategies, over seeing a team of 3-5 developers, reviewing project requirements and providing technical direction.
You must have strong technical background and at least 2 years experience in leading a team of developers in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Lead a team of 3-5 developers in successful implementation of projects in development and maintenance of Alvarion’s state-of-the-art unified network management platform;
· Coordinate, design & implement specialized modules to interface with Alvarion’s cutting-edge equipment, in conjunction with the SW development managers, architecture guidelines and in compliance with the company’s standards and procedures
