IT & NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR

Key requirements:

• Experience with servers and network services installation, configuration and maintenance under different environment (Windows, UNIX);
• Ability to perform backup/restore procedures for servers, databases, computers;
• Installation and maintenance of computers running different windows platforms;
• Strong background regarding network security (firewalls, VPN, etc);
• Ability, when given certain system requirements, to search and choose the best SW and HW solution to implement them;
• Telephony knowledge, VoIP;
• Excellent knowledge of English, spoken & written
• Availability to travel abroad, as being part of a multinational tean

You will:
- manage the company network and provide expertise for the optimization of it
- install and maintain computers running different windows platforms
- you will search and choose the best SW/HW solutions to implement system requirements
- you will liaise with your counterparts from the headquarters and the other Alvarion locations, to ensure that the company’s IT policies and procedures are met and create and implement new ones, based on local needs
