| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar position in a multinational company;
• Very good knowledge of English spoken and written;
• Advanced PC skills in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook; Access would be an asset;
• Well-organized, high initiative, assertiveness, honesty, discreetness, reliability. | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Works closely with the General Manager, the Financial Manager and the Group Managers and manages activities such as:
• Keeps the petty cash of the company under the senior accountant supervision;
• Participates at the end month financial closing by performing petty cash reports, as well as other potential ad-hoc reports;
• Keeps the evidence of meal tickets and gasoline consumption, builds the related reports;
• Evidence of office supply goods consumption, including the coffee machine;
• Responsible with the accommodation arrangements of the external visitors (hotel, taxi, business meals, etc.);
• Prepares programs and agendas of the meetings concerning organization aspects; draws the minutes of the meetings; updates the Outlook calendars of the management and conference rooms;
• Schedules appointments for the General Manager and the Group Managers;
• Files and directs incoming mail; composes and types routine correspondence;
• Manages and organizes administration work in the office, such as relation with third parties for the supply of office stationery, courier services, request of offers based on business needs, notary and legalized translations;
• Plans and organizes the daily relation with the catering company, keeps the payments evidence, builds up the follow up reports, collects the money and pays the invoices
• Answers the telephone and gives information to callers or directs calls to the appropriate official;
• Greets visitors, ascertains nature of business and directs or conducts visitors to the appropriate person. | DESCRIEREA COMPANIEI:
