| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
-A technical or commercial post graduate (Masters degree)
-at least 3 years experience in sales, account or in managing technical projects in one of the following areas:
.Automotive
.Telecommunication
.Electronics
-In combination with the following assets: superb interpersonal skills, energy and fresh entrepreneurial outlook
-the ability to tackle challenging projects which require a combination of business, organisation and technical issues in order to provide maximum value to our clients
All candidates must have a strong academic background. Candidates must speak both English and Romanian.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
As a Business Development Manager you will enjoy the autonomy of setting up and running your own business unit with the support of a dedicated infrastructure team. Using your entrepreneurial talent you will define and implement your own business and management strategies.
You will handle the project right through from the relationship building with clients to recruiting and managing a team of consultants.
