1.Description/ job responsibilities:
Offer customer support services via email and telephone
Communicate with our suppliers to sort out any problems that might appear with orders until everything has been sorted out
Using our systems to fax the orders to our suppliers
Reply to customer enquiries and complaints
2.Job Requirements
Fluent in English, both written and spoken (must have a bachelor degree in English or a certificate of advanced level)
Good computer literacy (MS Word especially)
Very good communication skills, quick typing skills
Able to translate / edit technical documents (ie instructions)
Open to learning new systems, ideal candidate should be switched on and spontaneous
Available to work full time
Attention to details, we are looking for a team player
