CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

-You are able to work independtly as our main office is in the Faroe Islands
-You are firendly, smiling and has a nice phone voice
-You will need to be able to work outsite office hours, as we often work with ships around the world where the local time is many hours behind of in front of Bucharest
-Be able to take care of our 24 hour emergency phone line, where ships can call and get assistance immediately


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

The work contains

-Booking of tickets in the Amadeus system and service via e-mail and telephone
-Booking of hotelrooms, carrental etc. around the world
-The persons employed in Bukarest will take care of our english speaking clients and as well taking care of the heavy bookings, such as crew changes to/from ships on the larger vessels with more than 100 persons

We expect that the person needed has these skills and qualifications
-Experience with IATA/Amadeus
-Good computerskills in general
-Speaks and writes english

DESCRIEREA COMPANIEI:

Alpha Travel is a business to business and marine travel agency.


We are seeking 2 new employees to work in our new office in Bucharest as soon as possible.
The office will open 01. October 2007 and will be a backup and support office to our main office in the Faroe Islands.
The two employees will be sent to our main office for 14 days in the beginning to learn about the company and learn about our invoicing system, before going to work in Bucharest.
The office in Bucharest has a good central location downtown, and good space, as we will be needing more employees within a few months.
