SENIOR CORPORATE FINANCIAL ANALYST for CORPORATE DIVISION

Requirements:

Have a minimum of 3+ years relevant work experience in financial analysis, consultancy or research with either local or international Commercial/Investment Bank and/or Investment Funds, Asset Management companies etc.
Familiar with RAS, IFRS financials
Master degree, preferably in finance and/or CFA would be an asset
Excellent analytical skills necessary and proficiency in financial analysis, as well as a general understanding of the macroeconomic environment
Strong financing, credit assessment, credit risk analysis and documentation skills
A clear understanding of complex transaction structural issues as well accounting, funding, legal regulatory (compliance)
Self-starter with ability to be assertive and arrive at sound business decisions in abbreviated time frame
Strong inter-personal/negotiation skills at all levels in a multicultural environment
Very flexible, with initiative and a proactive attitude
Good organisational skills –ability to sort conflicting priorities and meet deadlines, working well under pressure situations
Fluency in English, both spoken and written; PC literacy

Job function will entail:

In depth analysis of financial statements and the credit profile of the borrower, building financial models and developing forecasts;
Interacting and networking with the customers and Branches; providing quality service to the customers through undertaking risk assessment analysis of various types of lending proposals from the straightforward to the very complex;
Performing on-site due diligence of the borrower and working with the relevant teams involved in the lending area in order to prepare credit proposals addressed to various committees;
Keeping abreast of the industry evolution as well as developments of the individual accounts; managing a macroeconomic database;
Conducting ongoing portfolio reviews and preparing detailed write-ups for Top Management and Board of Directors.
