RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT - HUMAN RESOURCES DIVISION

Job requirements:

 Student/ fresh graduate of Psychology, Psychology-Sociology Faculties
 Good command of English, both spoken and written
 Computer literacy (MS Office)
 People oriented person, with highly-developed communication and interpersonal relating skills
 It is a must for the nominee to be very well-organised, accurate, efficient and flexible
 Reliability, commitment and attention to details are also mandatory requirements
 Team-oriented person, with proactive attitude
 Able to meet tight deadlines and sort conflicting priorities whenever necessary, capable to perform in a highly demanding professional environment

The nominee will provide assistance in recruitment-related approaches initiated by Alpha Bank Romania and perform specific tasks such as:

 Administrating and up-dating the candidate’s database;
 Screening applications;
 Making interview arrangements;
 Providing guidance and feed-back to job applicants;
 Assisting in doing recruitment-related reports.
