| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Requirements:
Relevant experience in banking marketing activities preferably in a similar position or in a job involving direct exposure to gathering specific and advanced marketing knowledge and practice
Good knowledge and understanding of banking products and services environment
Degree in Economics, preferably in marketing
Post-graduate studies, qualifications and specialisations with marketing focus would be considered assets
Advanced knowledge of English, both in spoken and written
Good communication, team-orientation and interpersonal-relating skills
Customer oriented, innovative and committed person, also pro-active and dynamic, well concentrated on targets and processes which often involve tight deadlines.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The nominee will join a team of marketing professionals and will work under direct coordination of the Manager of Marketing & PR Division.
Job responsibilities:
Analysing and prospecting on a regular basis the banking products and services market and competitors regarding their positioning
Collaborating with involved Divisions in analysis related to the market by conducting:
- quantitative and qualitative research of the market (pools, observation, tests, etc.) performed in-house or in collaboration with independent bodies;
- a primary and secondary research of the market (gathering, correlation and interpretation of the existing data);
- elaboration of specific reports related to the Bank’s customers;
Collaborating with the team in defining the marketing budget and plan
Defining and making proposals for new products & services to be launched taking into account the Bank objectives and the market conditions
Defining and implementing loyalty and retention tools
Assessing the effects and efficiency of the marketing mix programs.
