BANKING OFFICER -> in Compliance, Methodology & Organisation Division, Head Office

Job requirements:

- University degree, preferably in Economics;
- Banking experience in compliance, methodology and organisation-related activities;
- Good level of English, both spoken and written;
- PC literacy (MS Office);
- Well organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal relating skills;
- Very good analytical and synthetical skills;
- Ability of understanding and following up complex banking processes and activities;
- Reliable, responsible and committed person, accurate, flexible and efficient, able to meet tight deadlines whenever necessary.

Job function will entail:

 Simplification of internal procedures and work-related methods in view of optimizing operational flows and improving the correlation between the structure, personnel number and division’s/ department’s dimension; an efficient usage of banking facilities/ equipments and costs-reducing methods without affecting negatively the products and services’ integrity are also important targets to be met.

 Analysis of document’s flow within Head Office and Alpha Bank’s Branches and set up of process optimization proposals in view of improving/ adjusting internal practices.
