Job requirements:

 Degree in Economics or Law;
 Knowledge on accountancy of credit institutions, lending activity and credit analysis, recovery process of nonperforming loans;
 Strong analytical skills;
 Computer proficiency (MS Office, Internet, e-mail, etc.);
 Knowledge of legal environment (especially bankruptcy and forced execution procedures) and banking norms and regulations regarding crediting activity;
 Very good communication and negotiation skills;
 Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

The nominee will have experience within banking environment (accounting, monitoring, analysis and management of loans).

The nominee will:

 Analyze the borrower situation both from the financial and the legal point of view;
 Analyze the causes that generated the situation of a bad reimbursement;
 Discuss with debtors and identify the possibilities for recovering the loans and consolidating the guarantees;
 Propose restructuring of loans;
 Verify the real status of the collaterals;
 Administrate recovery of the non-performing loans;
 Monitor evolution of the problem loans reported by branches;
 Cooperate with dedicated legal advisers / lawyers in files where the enforcement procedure was contested in Court or insolvency files;
 Draw-up monthly reports regarding the loans in arrears and non-performing loans.
