The ideal candidate should have technical relevant experience in production flow and operations,
good knowledge on pattern, fabric, trims accessories, good command of English spoken and written.
Skills:
-Good management skills
-Good organizational skills
-Good communication ( verbal and written)

- Organize and supervise all production planning, from quality and quantity point of view.
- Supervising all staff in the production (supervisors,quality controllers in line, AQL).
- Ensure that the production lines are operating without any delay.
- Daily coordination with the Cutting room manager for all the relevant styles to arrive in the production lines on time.
- Coordinating with Cutting room Manager for any discrepancies regarding fabric, pattern, and measurements.
- Ensure that the records containing technical files, changes of technological processes, changes of patterns, grading, etc are being kept correctly.
- Communicate to the Maintenance team in advance for any machinery which does not work properly.
- Coordinate daily with the Production Planner to ensure the production flow is according to the planning.
- Colaborate with Sample Room Manager regarding the execution of pre- production and production pack
- Ensure that the quality and efficiency targets are beeing reached according to the budget
