CANDIDATUL IDEAL: The ideal candidate should have the following key attributes:
· Engineering background
· Strong business interest
· Excellent written and spoken technical English.
· Possessing a strong drive to prove him/herself in sales and business development in his/her market segment for capital goods & services
· Have the capability to establish long term business relationships with partners
· Good interpersonal and presentation skills and fast understanding of global company requirements and their local implementation
· Analytical, with the ability to communicate with partners or management as well as on staff level
· Proactively position the company and its products/services in the legal and market environment
· Self-confident and tenacious person, never gives up
· Highly motivated, enthusiastic and committed.
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII: Sales Engineer Parts
The Parts & Service segment is covering both field service and parts sales.
Directly reporting to the Managing Director, the person is responsible for the parts sales within Alfa Laval Romania.
Key Tasks
Takes responsibility for setting and achieving sales goals for his/her activity
Intensively develops after-sales relationships to maximize turnover with existing clients
Monitors markets for these specific products and services and develops and reports business trends
Gains professional and personal respect of both his colleagues and partners
He/She must be capable and willing to act in detail. Direct involvement in sales and business development (seminars, mail shots, product launches)
