Indoor Sales Engineer Parts & Service (COD 20)

The ideal candidate should have the following key attributes:
· Engineering background
· Strong business interest
· Excellent written and spoken technical English.
· Possessing a strong drive to prove him/herself in sales and business development in his/her market segment for parts & services
· Have the capability to establish long term business relationships with partners
· Analytical, with the ability to communicate with partners or management as well as on staff level
· Proactively position the company and its products/services in the legal and market environment
· Self-confident and tenacious person, never gives up
· Highly motivated, enthusiastic and committed.

She/He is responsible for the acquisition and distribution process of spare parts and solves technical related problems.
She/He is reporting to the Segment Manager.

Key tasks:

Quotations and Order Follow up:

 ensures quotations to the market, ordering, distributing and invoicing of spare parts;
 receives telephone requests for quotations, purchase orders, order changes, adjustments and cancellations directly from customers;
 follows up on deliveries;
 works closely with expeditors regarding deliveries of scheduled shipments;
 conducts regular checks of spare parts delivery times;
 deals with the factories abroad;
 maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities and closed sales;
analyses sales and prepares regular spare parts sales statistics

Business Development (Support) Activities

 analyses sales and prepares regular spare parts sales statistics;

Administration & information

 maintains a project list of large orders and quotations;
 maintains accessibility and availability of the inside sales organization;


Sales Support / Customer Support:
 responds to specific technical questions and provides advises regarding spare parts;
 claim handling related to spares delivery  translate the customer request with technical support department and service department
