System Administrator

- Good system administration skills (Windows servers and Linux servers), good hardware skills (maintenance and upgrades).
- Good networking skills, able to understand and enhance an existing topology.
- Knowledge of Win 2000/2003 Server, Active Directory, Exchange 2003, IIS, Windows XP Pro, Linux/UNIX Redhat.
- Responsible, dependable, well organized, quick learner, initiative.
- Capable to document the work and ensure trouble-free running of AGS productions systems.
- Good English, written and spoken.

Manages the networks (network requirements, servers, switches and specific equipment in general).
- Assures company data integrity by developing, implementing and maintaining back-up policies.
- Manages new versions of software applications, upgrades
the systems, and monitors the use of applications on the workstations and servers.
- Plans and implements system security policy, to include firewalls, host and client access, file permissions, and user accounts.
- Maintains currency of knowledge with respect to relevant state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and/or systems.
- Ensure trouble-free running of AGS production systems.
- Support AGS employees and customers in using the software and hardware equipments.
- Participate in hardware/software evaluation and purchasing.
