Support Engineer - IBM Systems

- Very good oral and written English communication skills.
- Solid, hands-on understanding of Windows operating systems and networking.
- Software programming knowledge.
- SQL, DB2 and JCL knowledge is an advantage.
- Self-starter who works well both independently and in teams.
- Ability to work under dead-line.
- Ability to work on-site with customer engineers under challenging conditions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

- Deliver product support directly to AGS Partner's worldwide customer base.
- On time and responsible for their work.
