| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
REQUIREMENTS:
- very good knowledge of C#
- 3 years active experience with .NET framework / C#
- good knowledge of OOA-OOP, UML
- good understanding of client-server and service-based architectures
- good knowledge of known RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server)
- ability to make logical and physical design for software products
- ability to tutor junior developers
- ability to solve complex technical problems
- initiative, responsible, dependable , dynamic spirit, quick learner
- very good English, written and spoken
ADVANTAGES:
- VB.NET knowledge, ASP.NET knowledge
- experience in leading development teams
- experience in working with a Software Development Framework
- experience in working with 3rd party .NET components and controls

You will be expected to be responsible for all technical aspects of a project, actively participate in logical and physical design of the product and understand the business requirements. You will be required to lead a software development team, solve complex technical problems that your team members may encounter, track their work, review and enforce the quality of code written by your team, tutor junior developers.
