BUSINESS PROCESS LEADER

Candidate profile:

• Strong communication skills. Fluency in English, ability to speak other European language would be an asset
• Economical background. 3 ¡V 5 years of experience in accounting.
• Experience in managing change and implementing new procedures
• Experience in leading and motivating teams
• Experience in working in a service driven, customer focused environment
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Professional attitude
• Well organized, disciplined approach to work, detailed oriented and accurate. Ability to work to tight deadlines in a results-driven high performance environment
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel)

Duties and areas of responsibility

„X Coordinate work of the accounting team
„X Ensure high quality standards of the team performance
„X Ensure correct and timely processing of financial data in accordance with international accounting standards and internal guidelines.
„X Identify potential process improvements
