CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Diploma / Degree in Environmental, Health &
- Safety or relevant technical discipline
5 years or more working experience in manufacturing industry with good knowledge and skills of Environmental, Health & Safety
Knowledge of ISO14001 and OHSAS 18000
- Intermediate or higher English language skills
- Good proven leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work on own initiative or as part of team

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Ensure legal compliance with ALCOA standards and all local and National HS legislation.
- Coordinating the implementation of all HS programs within the plants as required by legislation or company directive
- Coordinate key meetings related to EHS with location EHS personnel and location managers as applicable
- Be informed of any impending changes in ALCOA standards and all local and National HS legislation that may have an impact on the associated plants
- Assist the locations in the development, improvement and implementation of the individual programs of all critical teams and SPA's
- Investigate and report all incident through the company's Incident Management System
- Liaise with Regional and location management in the development and implementation of EHS Business Plans for CEE and individual locations
