CANDIDATUL IDEAL: - BA – preferably but not limited to: Foreign Languages, Psychology, Economics, Law
- Good command on both written & spoken French with emphasis on HR terminology
- English fluency
- 0- 2 years of similar professional experience, preferably in Human Resources – Recruitment, Comp & Ben, Personnel administration, but yet not limiting to all the above mentioned;
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII: - Answers incoming telephone calls, screens calls, and refers to proper Specialist for handling
- Responds to the routine inquiries
- Processes simple transactions
- Escalates complex cases
- Runs back-office activities
- Meets all the productivity & performance targets set on a consistent basis
- Completes all training requirements to meet the SLAs successfully
- Processes standard HR technical/functional tasks with minimal supervision
- Adheres to all Security Policies and Procedures as per ALU internal procedures
- Contacts French counterparts through mails / calls as per the process requirement for any clarifications
- Translates official documents/ working notes from French to Romanian and vice versa as and when required
- Customer centricity
- Assertive, highly adaptable, organized, oriented towards the details, integer and with a mind set oriented towards trouble shooting
