| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
A person with good communicational skills, eager to learn new things regarding the administration of an office.
With primary accounting skills or eager to learn this field. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
1. Customer-Orders taking and preparation of the order sheets/reports in the company’s ERP.
2. Coordination of the relationship with the 3rd party Logistics Partner (orders communication, stocks monitoring).
3. Primary accounting duties including cash-book keeping, issuing of the sales invoices, issuing of receipt tickets to customers, reconciling customer balances.
4. Preparing the supplier orders with the collaboration of the Logistics department in Greece.
5. Basic telephone customer support.
6. Responsible for maintaining the company’s database in the ERP and cooperating with the accounting office for the transferring of the monthly extracts.
