RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Secretarial tasks within the Technical Department:
receiving of correspondence (fax, telephone, e-mail), distribution of correspondence, translation of documents, reports transcription, phone answering , organize the agenda of the technical manager, travel arrangements
Filling documents according to the instructions of the technical manager, keeping and organizing the archive of documents, strict evidence of the correspondence
