CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Requirements:
- bachelor in law
- capacity to practice in accodance with Romanian Law (legal advisor or lawyer)
- at least 2 years experience
- experience in construction
- knowledge of FIDIC contracts is an advantage
- excellent level of English
- computer skills (Word, Excel, internet)
- operation of legal software

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The selected candidate will be part of a team of internal legal advisors, responsible for all legal activities of the company. This includes elaboration and negotiation of contracts in English and Romanian language, participation in international tender procedures, advice on all corporate, commercial and labour issues. |
