Responsibilities

Taking incoming customers calls and resolving customer issues
Direct sales of both AF and KL over the phone
Taking care of incoming customer inquiries re reservation and ticketing


Requirements

Min 3 years of similar experiences at an agency and/or airline
Very good knowledge of English and French is a big advantage
University and/or college degree is an advantage
