1. Experience in product design and industrialization.
2. Experience in project management and team management.
3. Experience in cross-functional project working (with purchasing, process engineering).
4. Knowledge of manufacturing processes in large industries.
5. Engineering degree, mechanical.
6. Good command of English.
7. Ability to easily make contact with others.
8. Good interpersonal, organization and communication skills.

1. Responsible for managing development projects meeting quality, cost and timing targets (making project plan, setting the targets, planning resources, communication developments).
2. Introduce new development tools in order to speed-up the time to market.
3. Build-up an innovative and open mind atmosphere.
4. Create a team of people in order to use all the internal available knowledge; coordinates a project team (5-25 people from different departments: design, quality assurance, engineering, tests).
5. Cooperate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives; strong connection with the product managers and international teams related to the product development.
6. Responsible for a project from product initiation until the product launch.
